5. Deliver food to customers in a timely and professional manner.
6. Keep track of and prioritize multiple orders to ensure timely delivery.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ordering and delivery areas.
8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
10. Work closely with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure smooth operation.
11. Upsell and promote additional menu items to increase sales.
12. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

14. Assist in opening and closing duties as needed.
