In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and quality of our products by conducting inspections, tests, and audits throughout our manufacturing process.   1. Conduct regular inspections and audits of our manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  2. Perform tests and analyses on raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to ensure they meet our specifications.
  3. Document and report any deviations or non-conformities found during inspections and tests.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality assurance activities.
  6. Monitor and enforce adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product safety and quality.
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  8. Train and educate production staff on quality control procedures and standards.
  9. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  11. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
  12. Support and assist in internal and external audits and inspections.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall quality assurance.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Quality Assurance Standards And Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Assurance Standards And Processes, Including Iso 9001, Gmp, And Haccp.

  • Attention To Detail: The Job Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Products And Processes Meet Quality Standards And Specifications.

  • Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Quality Issues And Provide Recommendations For Improvement.

  • Communication Skills: The Job Involves Working With Various Departments, Including Production, Suppliers, And Quality Control, So Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential.

  • Experience In Quality Control: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Or Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Food Production Environment.
