Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technicians and Specialist function in a team environment reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader with direct responsibilities to the Production Team Leader and Team. Partner responsible to maintain the manufacturing process and equipment in optimum condition. The integration of several process techniques focused on achieving high levels of overall process effectiveness. Designs blueprints to repair, modify and construction and make process changes. Identify problems with gearboxes, pumps, valves and other basic components in the system including vacuum conveyor system. Monitors various system temperatures and pressures; also performs OSHA inspections for compliance with guards, cylinders and unsafe conditions.
