1. Monitor and report on the accuracy of accounts payable and procurement records.

4. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate payments.
6. Create and implement systems and processes to optimize procurement procedures.
7. Train and supervise accounting staff in procurement accounting procedures.
8. Develop and implement procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
9. Provide reports and financial analysis to support management decisions.
10. Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
