A successful candidate will be familiar with the installation, startup, repair, and maintenance of underground fuel storage tanks and dispensing systems at retail fuel stations, car washes and fleet fueling facilities (System equipment includes underground and aboveground storage tanks, fuel dispensers, tank monitors, submersible pumps, piping, electrical and other petroleum equipment, in-bay automatic car wash system equipment). The capability to work independently, collaboratively, and under time constraight efficiently. Develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels (HEB teams, vendors, customers, supervisors). Be familiar with and understand TCEQ rules and regulations as well as OSHA, ADA, IFC, TDLR, and applicable state/local codes assuring compliance and procedures are followed. TCEQ On-Site Supervisors A/B license preferred. Manages the bid process for new sites. Qualifies, bids and administers projects. Coordinates and conducts on-site inspections during construction and issues field reports.
