We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Overnight Stocker on a part-time basis. As an Overnight Stocker, you will play a vital role in keeping our shelves stocked and ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.   1. Receiving and organizing incoming shipments of products.
  2. Stocking shelves with new products and restocking shelves as needed.
  3. Ensuring products are accurately labeled and priced.
  4. Rotating products to ensure oldest items are used first.
  5. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  6. Checking for expired products and removing them from shelves.
  7. Assisting customers in locating products and answering any questions they may have.
  8. Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  9. Following safety procedures and regulations while handling products.
  10. Communicating any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  11. Keeping track of inventory levels and notifying management when products need to be ordered.
  12. Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
  13. Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  14. Completing any additional tasks assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Shows That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Able To Understand Instructions And Perform Basic Tasks Efficiently.

  • Previous Stocking Experience: Experience In Stocking And Organizing Merchandise In A Retail Or Warehouse Setting Is Preferred For This Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Handle And Move Products Safely, And To Maintain An Organized And Efficient Work Area.

  • Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Job Requires The Candidate To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Such As Boxes And Crates Of Merchandise, On A Regular Basis. Therefore, Physical Strength And Endurance Are Important Qualifications For This Position.

  • Attention To Detail: As An Overnight Stocker, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Accurately Stocking And Organizing Merchandise On Shelves And Displays. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring That Products Are Placed In The Correct Location And That Shelves Are Well-Stocked And Visually Appealing.

  • Availability For Overnight Shifts: This Position Requires The Candidate To Work Overnight Shifts, Typically From 10 Pm To 6 Am. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have The Availability To Work These Hours And Maintain A Consistent Attendance Record. Flexibility To Work Weekends And Holidays Is Also Preferred.
