Responsibilities:

• Monitor store activities to identify potential risks and thefts
• Report suspicious activities to the relevant authorities
• Investigate incidents of theft and loss in accordance with company policies
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement security plans and procedures
• Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies and procedures
• Prepare detailed reports of security incidents
• Support law enforcement and legal proceedings
• Remain up-to-date on changes and advancements in loss prevention
• Work a flexible schedule as needed
