Loss Prevention Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Monitor store activities to identify any suspicious behavior and prevent losses due to shrinkage and fraud • Use computer systems, such as POS and CCTV systems, to monitor activity and identify potential security risks • Respond quickly and appropriately to any security incidents, thefts, or other emergencies • Investigate security incidents and document findings • Maintain accurate records of all incidents • Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees • Provide customer service regarding security policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Work closely with the store management team to develop and maintain effective loss prevention policies and procedures • Act as a liaison between the store and law enforcement agencies in order to ensure timely reporting and resolution of security incidents
