Loss Prevention Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce loss prevention policies and procedures

• Conduct investigations into any suspected fraudulent or criminal activity

• Monitor security cameras and alarms systems

• Identify potential areas of theft and fraud

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Participate in safety and security meetings

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of investigations and findings

• Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention training programs

• Respond to customer service inquiries

• Maintain up-to-date records of all losses and investigations
