1. Monitor and observe customers and employees to identify any suspicious or criminal activity.
2. Investigate any reports of theft or other criminal activity.
3. Implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the store.
4. Conduct patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
5. Respond to emergency situations and calls for assistance.
6. Investigate shoplifting incidents to identify suspects.
7. Collaborate with store management to create and implement strategies to reduce losses and protect assets.
8. Participate in safety and security training programs.
9. Remain up-to-date on all relevant laws and regulations.
10. Prepare and submit detailed incident reports.
