Loss Prevention Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor security systems and CCTV for suspicious activity and take appropriate action when necessary.
2. Inspect store premises and investigate any theft cases.
3. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
4. Monitor inventory and investigate any discrepancies or errors.
5. Educate staff on security protocols and procedures.
6. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
7. Work with local law enforcement to investigate any criminal activity.
8. Prepare reports and document all activities related to loss prevention.
9. Assist with the development of security training programs and procedures.
10. Manage and resolve customer complaints.
11. Perform audits and inspections to ensure security protocols and procedures are being followed.
