Loss Prevention Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to reduce theft and other losses in stores.
2. Monitor customers and employees to ensure compliance with company policies and detect and prevent potential loss.
3. Investigate suspected theft incidents and prepare reports on findings.
4. Train store personnel on loss prevention techniques.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
6. Analyze data to identify trends in losses and recommend preventative action.
7. Work with store managers to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Monitor store entrances and exits for suspicious activity.
9. Respond to alarms and investigate any suspicious activity.
10. Assist in apprehending shoplifters and other criminals.
11. Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
