As an In Store Shopper, you will be responsible for providing customers with the groceries they need quickly and efficiently. You must have an excellent customer service background, a willingness to help customers, and a knack for meeting deadlines. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customers with groceries in a timely manner.
  2. Offer excellent customer service at all times.
  3. Follow store policies and procedures.
  4. Assist customers in locating items in the store.
  5. Ensure that shelves are stocked and properly labeled.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Ensure the checkout process is efficient and accurate.
  8. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  9. Adhere to all safety regulations.
  10. Handle customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
