In Store Shopper

We’re looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic In-Store Shopper to join the H-E-B team and provide an exceptional customer experience. As an In-Store Shopper, you will be responsible for providing our customers with grocery orders that are accurate, fresh, and delivered on time. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately. An attention to detail and a positive attitude are also essential. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
2. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policy.
3. Maintain proper product temperature and safety standards throughout the store.
4. Ensure all store shelves are fully stocked and organized.
5. Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders.
7. Assist in the training and development of new In-Store Shoppers.
8. Stay up to date on new products and store specials in order to make recommendations to customers.
9. Adhere to all safety and security procedures, as set by H-E-B.
10. Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
