Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers in finding the products they need and answering questions about products.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing helpful and friendly service.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  4. Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
  5. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  6. Remain knowledgeable of current product availability and pricing.
  7. Provide feedback to management regarding customer service issues.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  9. Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  10. Remain up-to-date on new products and promotions.
