- Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies for the manufacturing division, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for all manufacturing division employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including attendance, performance evaluations, and training.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage the compensation and benefits program for manufacturing division employees, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives.
- Oversee the performance review process and work with managers to identify and address performance issues.
- Maintain effective communication with employees to address any concerns or issues and ensure a high level of employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement company-wide HR initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and analytics to support business decisions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusivity within the manufacturing division.
- Serve as a positive role model and leader for all employees, embodying the company's values and mission.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws, Safety Regulations, And Compliance Requirements In The Manufacturing Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Support The Overall Goals And Objectives Of A Manufacturing Company.
