Job Description

As an HRM Digital Designer, you’ll help build design projects across various business and social channels, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and maintaining a cohesive, effective experience for H-E-B Customers.

  • Banner creation – layout, export, upload
  • Iteration - make one creative idea work across a variety of mediums
  • Assemble and deliver requested sizes for creative
  • Web layout
  • Design for social media channels
  • Attend collaboration meetings to maintain timelines and requests
  • Establish / follow production standards of various digital channels
  • Maintain a working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Work closely with HRM Project Manager

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, color, balance, composition, and brand

  • Ability to troubleshoot deliverable assets and their time cost

  • Working knowledge of digital formats and their limitations

  • Experience creating web-ready static and motion digital assets for platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok
