As an HR Technology Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR processes and systems to support our growing business.   1. Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday and other HR technology systems within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  3. Develop and implement HR technology strategies to support the company's growth and business objectives.
  4. Provide guidance and training to HR team members on how to effectively use HR technology systems.
  5. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR technology systems and make recommendations for enhancements or updates.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in HR technology to ensure our systems are cutting-edge and competitive.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HR technology systems.
  8. Serve as a liaison between HR and IT departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR technology systems.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for HR technology systems.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement and maintain HR technology systems.
  11. Maintain data integrity and security of HR technology systems.
  12. Communicate updates and changes to HR technology systems to relevant stakeholders.
  13. Contribute to the overall HR strategy and goals of the organization.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the user experience of HR technology systems for employees and managers.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to HR technology systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Workday: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Workday Platform, Its Functionalities, And Best Practices. They Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Hands-On Experience Working With Workday, Including Configuring, Implementing, And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes: As A Hr Technology Advisor At H-E-B, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Providing Guidance And Support To The Hr Team. Therefore, They Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Hr Processes And How They Can Be Optimized Using Technology. Knowledge Of Hr Compliance Regulations And Data Privacy Laws Is Also Essential.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Hr Technology Advisor Will Be Working Closely With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Present Complex Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Project Management Experience: This Role Involves Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, From Scoping And Planning To Execution And Delivery. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Creating Project Plans, Setting Timelines, And Managing Resources To Ensure Timely And Successful Project Delivery.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Hr Technology Advisor Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Data, Identifying Trends, And Providing Insights To Support Decision-Making. They Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Troubleshoot Issues And Provide Solutions To Improve Processes And Workflows Within The Workday Platform.
