- Provide exceptional customer service to all eStore customers.
- Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
- Assist customers with any questions or issues related to their online orders.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
- Accurately and efficiently fulfill online orders, including picking and packing items.
- Organize and stock inventory in the eStore area.
- Report any inventory shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while handling and packaging items.

Strong Knowledge Of E-Commerce Platforms: Candidates Should Have Experience With Various E-Commerce Platforms, Such As Shopify, Woocommerce, Or Magento, To Effectively Manage The Online Store.
Proficiency In Digital Marketing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies, Including Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, And Seo, To Drive Traffic And Increase Sales For The E-Store.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Customers, Candidates Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Provide Top-Notch Customer Service To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience.
