Grocery Manager

5. Collaborate with other store managers to plan and execute promotions, displays, and events to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions about product selection and pricing.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
8. Enforce H-E-B's standards for cleanliness and organization, ensuring the grocery department meets or exceeds all health and safety regulations.
9. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures within the grocery department.
10. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service, professionalism, and teamwork for all employees in the grocery department.
