1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the grocery department, including managing inventory, ensuring product quality, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of shelves and displays.
2. Train, mentor, and motivate grocery department staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure all team members are knowledgeable about products and company policies.
3. Create and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising.
