Welcome to Georgetown 01 True TX BBQ, where we pride ourselves on serving up the best BBQ in town. We are currently seeking a customer-oriented Order Taker/Runner to join our team at H-E-B on a part-time basis. As an Order Taker/Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. If you have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!   1. Greeting and welcoming customers to Georgetown 01 True TX BBQ.
  2. Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Maintaining a friendly and positive attitude towards customers at all times.
  4. Answering any customer inquiries or concerns regarding menu items, pricing, and specials.
  5. Providing excellent customer service by ensuring orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and quality of orders.
  7. Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
  8. Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  9. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  10. Assisting with food preparation and restocking supplies as needed.
  11. Following all health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation.
  12. Communicating effectively with team members and management.
  13. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  14. Being knowledgeable about the menu and able to make recommendations to customers.
  15. Upholding the company's standards for customer service and satisfaction.
  16. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  17. Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  18. Continuously improving customer service skills and product knowledge.
  19. Completing tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner.
