- Oversee the management and operations of the general merchandise department at H-E-B.

- Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve department goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Represent H-E-B and the general merchandise department in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Large Retail Chain Or Grocery Store
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities
Knowledge Of Merchandising Strategies And Trends, As Well As Experience In Inventory Management And Financial Planning.
