9. Oversee pricing and promotional strategies for general merchandise products, ensuring competitive pricing and effective promotions.
10. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
12. Manage department budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide development opportunities for team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
14. Serve as a brand ambassador for H-E-B, promoting our company values and commitment to excellence.
