- Oversee and manage all aspects of the general merchandise department at H-E-B.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the general merchandise department.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and creating promotional opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve department processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor sales and profit margins, providing regular reports to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Serve as a positive and professional representative of H-E-B, promoting the company's mission and values.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
Strong Financial Acumen And Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Profitability.
