Responsibilities of a Gas Station Attendant at H-E-B:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers; greet and assist customers in a friendly manner and answer questions as needed.
2. Maintain a neat and orderly appearance of the store, including stocking shelves and cleaning.
3. Ensure that the pumps and other equipment are in good working order and restock as needed.
4. Accept and process payment for fuel, food, and other items in a timely manner.
5. Monitor fuel levels and order additional supplies as needed.
6. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions.
7. Follow all safety protocols and report any issues or suspicious activity to the supervisor.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
9. Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork as required.
10. Assist in other duties and tasks as assigned.
