Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team at H-E-B. The right candidate will have a strong customer service background as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently. The Gas Station Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their fuel needs, and helping to ensure the gas station runs smoothly.Our ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a customer service role, the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license. Additionally, great interpersonal skills are essential for this role. We are looking for someone who is able to build relationships with customers, has a friendly and professional demeanor, and is able to work independently. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and are looking for an opportunity to grow and learn in a fun and dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
  2. Assist customers with their fuel needs.
  3. Accurately process payments and manage cash transactions.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  5. Monitor fuel prices and ensure accuracy.
  6. Perform regular maintenance and safety checks of the gas station.
  7. Restock supplies and merchandise as needed.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  9. Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures.
