Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with fuel purchases, payment processing, and providing directions.
3. Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance in locating items.
4. Monitor gas pumps and customer vehicles.
5. Assist in stocking shelves with merchandise.
6. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
7. Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
8. Report any suspicious behavior or customer complaints to management.
9. Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
10. Assist in training new staff members.
