The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, demonstrated customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance. Responsibilities: • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers’ requests. • Assist customers with pump/payment options and explain fuel types. • Process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner. • Ensure pumps, kiosks, and station are clean and tidy. • Monitor fuel levels, and order and stock supplies as needed. • Complete shift paperwork and end-of-day reports. • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures. • Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. • Perform all duties in accordance with H-E-B safety, health, and sanitation standards.
