  1. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

  3. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of food products and services offered at H-E-B.
  4. Make food recommendations and provide information on ingredients, cooking methods, and allergens.
  5. Prepare and serve food according to company standards and recipes.
  6. Ensure that all food products are fresh, properly stored, and presented in an appealing manner.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food preparation and service stations.
  8. Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for H-E-B, promoting the company's values and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient service.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  12. Attend training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  13. Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising as needed.
  14. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
