  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their food service needs and inquiries.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized food service area, ensuring all food products are fresh and properly stocked.
  4. Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes.
  5. Continuously learn and stay informed about current food trends, products, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  6. Operate and maintain food service equipment, ensuring all safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely service to customers.
  8. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and prompt manner.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and quality standards.
  10. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products and procedures.
  11. Upsell and promote food items to increase sales and contribute to store goals.
  12. Take responsibility for cash handling and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while representing the company.
  14. Continuously strive to provide the best food and service to our customers.
  15. Perform any other duties assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
