  1. Lead and manage the eBusiness team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in online sales, while ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  3. Stay up-to-date with emerging e-commerce trends and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our digital platforms.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to align eBusiness goals with overall company objectives.
  5. Analyze data and metrics to track performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Oversee the development and execution of online promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase online traffic and conversion rates.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and solutions.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates and recommendations to upper management.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the eBusiness team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In E-Commerce Or Digital Marketing.

  • Excellent Project Management And Organizational Skills.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing E-Commerce Strategies And Analyzing Data To Drive Business Growth.
