- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the checkout lanes and customer service desk.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.

- Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Service Assistant Must Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Assist Customers And Communicate With Team Members.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Whether In Retail Or Another Industry, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. This Shows The Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries And Resolve Issues Effectively.
