Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the checkout lanes and customer service desk.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction.
  7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service targets.
  8. Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers to build and maintain positive relationships.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
  11. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  12. Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices.
  13. Follow all company safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  14. Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance at all times.
  15. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  16. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  17. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
