Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service, while also being a positive and friendly presence in our stores.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and needs.
  3. Assist customers with finding products, making recommendations, and providing product information.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  6. Communicate with team members and management to address any customer issues or concerns.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  8. Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by seeking out and implementing feedback and suggestions.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues at all times.
  13. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking when needed.
  14. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
