  2. Assist customers with their shopping needs and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring displays are well-maintained.
  5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with a calm and professional demeanor.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  8. Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, products, and services offered by H-E-B.
  9. Communicate effectively with other departments and managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Take initiative to go above and beyond for customers, such as assisting with finding products or offering suggestions.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
  14. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  15. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  16. Maintain a professional and neat appearance at all times.
  17. Proactively identify and resolve any potential customer service issues before they escalate.
  18. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  19. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers.
  20. Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team and store.
