  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and product recommendations.
  3. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and using electronic payment systems.
  5. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of H-E-B's products and services to effectively assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.
  6. Handle customer returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations, going above and beyond to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing H-E-B's values and brand.
  11. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  12. Assist with store operations, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and managing inventory.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or concerns, escalating as necessary.
  14. Attend and participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
  15. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and employees.
