Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Service Assistant At H-E-B Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Address Their Inquiries Or Concerns.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Grocery Store Setting, Is Desirable For A Customer Service Assistant At H-E-B. This Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Handle Customer Interactions And Resolve Issues In A Professional Manner.

  • Multi-Tasking Abilities: As A Customer Service Assistant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, Such As Answering Phone Calls, Responding To Emails, And Assisting Customers In Person. Therefore, The Ability To Multitask Efficiently Is Essential For This Role.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A Customer Service Assistant Should Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Come Up With Solutions To Customer Issues And Complaints. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Abilities And The Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure.
