
Customer Service Assistant
At H-E-B, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Assistant who can bring their enthusiasm and expertise to our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and will be able to use their knowledge and customer service experience to provide exceptional service to our customers.If you are friendly, outgoing, and have a commitment to providing excellent service, then this role may be for you! We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, and have a proven track record of providing quality customer service. In addition, they should have a good knowledge of computer systems and be able to effectively use technology to assist customers.
