Job Description

At H-E-B, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is eager to provide excellent customer service, is organized and detail-oriented, and has an upbeat and welcoming personality. Our Customer Service Assistant must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong grasp of basic math. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to think critically and quickly in order to solve customer issues. If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited to join a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  2. Build relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
  5. Monitor customer service trends and suggest improvements.
  6. Ensure adherence to customer service policies and procedures.
  7. Track customer feedback and provide reports to management.
  8. Utilize basic math skills to complete customer transactions.
  9. Stay up-to-date with product and service information.
  10. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
