Responsibilities:

  3. Assist customers with product selection and help resolve customer complaints.
  4. Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
  6. Keep up-to-date on product information and store policies.
  7. Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
  8. Provide feedback to management on customer service and product issues.
  9. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  10. Assist with other duties as assigned.
