Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and ensure they have a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  2. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Assist customers with their purchases and answer questions regarding products and services.
  5. Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
  6. Process payments, returns, and exchanges.
  7. Track inventory and restock shelves as needed.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all customers receive the best possible service.
  10. Remain up-to-date on product information and industry trends.
