Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual looking to join the team at H-E-B? We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant who will be responsible for making sure our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion for problem-solving. You should also be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to stay calm under pressure. Additionally, you should be able to quickly build rapport with our customers and act with their best interests in mind.If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: -Greet customers and help them find products or services they need -Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services -Provide customers with information about warranty policies and customer service options -Process customer payments and provide change if necessary -Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner -Maintain a clean and organized work area -Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures -Work with other team members to achieve organizational goals -Provide exceptional customer service at all times
