4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the checkout lanes, bagging area, and front end of the store.
5. Monitor and manage customer flow, ensuring that lines are kept to a minimum and customers are served in a timely manner.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
9. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment for both customers and employees.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
11. Assist with restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
12. Communicate any customer feedback, suggestions, or concerns to management.
13. Continuously strive to improve customer service and provide the best shopping experience for our customers.
14. Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
