- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings and projects.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to cross-functional collaboration.
- Serve as a point of contact for any cross-departmental inquiries or issues.

- Provide training and support to teams on effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of cross-functional processes and make adjustments as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Cross-Functional Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships Across Departments And Levels Of The Organization.
Knowledge Of H-E-B's Products, Processes, And Systems, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of The Retail Industry And Current Market Trends.
