- Stay informed on company policies and procedures, and ensure all departments are following them.
- Participate in hiring and training of new team members, ensuring they understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Various Departments And Teams.
Proven Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Processes And Operational Efficiency.
Experience In Retail Or Grocery Industry Is Preferred.
