12. Train and supervise project team members, including contractors and subcontractors.
13. Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure project objectives are met.
14. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in construction project management.
15. Represent H-E-B in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with stakeholders and the community.
