Job Description

Supports / ensures data integrity across HR systems, tools, and communications. Applies government compliance programs and regulations to compensation processes. May develop costing models, reports, metrics, and analysis. Retrieves / analyzes HRIS data. Supports special projects as needed. Serves as subject matter expert on recurring compensation processes. Collaborates with Compensation Advisors to improve and manage tools, processes, and policies. Documents new processes; maintains policy and guideline documentation on existing processes. Supports / may manage communication, execution, implementation, modification of programs and policies. Responds to compensation process-related inquiries.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of HR technology and compensation-related trends

  • Ability to create / manipulate dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data

  • Experience in Compensation-related analytics

  • 3+ years of experience managing and administering Compensation- / HR-related processes
