
Compensation Advisor
Advises / consults with client group(s), HR Team, and business Leadership regarding programs, policies, and processes. Provides market analysis, position evaluations, job classifications, and assistance with job creation and documentation to assigned client groups. Advises on salary structure development, organizational structure, FLSA exemptions, pay / bonus plans, budgetary impacts, and compliance with regulations and labor laws. Organizes / directs activities involving communication, execution, implementation, and modification of programs and policies. Develops / presents communications for HR business partners, client group Leadership / Partners. Develops costing models, reports, metrics, and analysis as needed. Researches / analyzes / monitors government compliance programs and regulations. Supports H-E-B-wide programs and projects related to Compensation initiatives.
3+ years of experience in Compensation, HR, or business
