Responsibilities: • Greet customers as they arrive and answer any questions they may have • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and POS transactions • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner • Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow store policies and procedures • Participate in store promotions and activities • Maintain knowledge of product offerings, current promotions, and store policies • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
