Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a cheerful and friendly manner
2. Handle cash, credit/debit card, and check transactions accurately
3. Keep track of inventory and restock shelves when necessary
4. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
5. Maintain the cleanliness of the store area, including the checkout area
6. Follow company procedures for security and safety
7. Follow company policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety
8. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customers' needs and resolving any complaints
9. Process refunds and exchanges as needed
10. Assist with other tasks such as bagging groceries, stocking shelves, and cleaning
